Yesterday we have received some feedback about the MYIPTV4K, which shows Broker service not available like the below picture. MYIPTV 4K users can not able to watch any channels or someone failed to log in.
Or there are some users who will show there was a problem checking the version: #4 : error from server?
One of the above problems on the MYIPTV 4K or SGHDX IPTV was the DNS restrictions of the network provider.
How to solve the problem?
It’s simple, you just need to change your network IP address if you are using an Ethernet cable, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open your device and select Setting-Network & Internet
Step 2: IP settings
Step 3: Static
Step 4: IP address: original 192.168.1.128 change to 192.168.88.128
Step 5: Gateway: original 192.168.1.1 change to 192.168.88.1
The other settings do not need to be changed. After the above settings, open the MYIPTV4K again, and everything will be ok now.
